STRENGTH & CONDITIONING
My interest in physical culture started a long time ago as a nine year old when I began to practice Karate-do, which I still practice today after thirty odd years of training.
I loved to learn about anything that could improve my performance. This lead me to graduating university with a BSc(Hons) in Sport and Exercise Science. My thirst for knowledge about training and athletic preparation for myself and others only increased from there. Along the way I gained a passion for using a wide range of practices and tools from mobility, flow, yoga, body weight calisthenics, unconventional strength equipment to weight lifting.
I pride myself in the fact that I am continually learning, with the aim to share the knowledge and experiences I have gained to help others realise their goals in all areas of performance from every day life to elite sport.
Located in the grounds of Berkhamsted Lawn Tennis & Squash Rackets Club, our newly built, fully equipped gym provides the perfect environment for one-to-one and small group sessions.
